PPSC 19th Anniversary: connecting with Nigerian former Archbishop Ben Kwashi
Bethel Chapel, Pembroke Dock - May 27, 7.30pm
“IN the face of imminent danger, Ben, his wife Gloria and his team are willing to give their lives daily to joyfully serve God, knowing today could be the one in which they are attacked, injured or killed. In making that choice, they are examples of what it means to be disciples of Jesus Christ.”
This is what Release International CEO Paul Robinson once said of the former Archbishop of Jos, Most Rev’d Dr Benjamin Kwashi and his wife Gloria.

During the 19 years of Pembrokeshire Prayer for the Suffering Church, PPSC members have often been astounded and encouraged by Ben’s messages of hope, determination and courage in the midst of sustained persecution and unrest, and they can now look forward to hearing from him directly at the anniversary meeting on May 27.
Benjamin was General Secretary of Global Anglican Future Conference (Gafcon) up to November 2023, a year that also saw his retirement as Archbishop of Jos after 31 years’ service. The following year he testified to God’s healing power having fought stage 4 colon cancer, much to the joy of his household, a home to over 50 orphans.
Ben was a Facebook friend of PPSC and Hesed Christian Fellowship founder the late Rev Peter Richmond and sent him occasional updates and prayer requests. Now he has agreed to join PPSC at Bethel Chapel, Pembroke Dock via live video link.
Join PPSC at Bethel on May 27, 7.30pm to hear from Benjamin Kwashi, learn about the challenges facing the Church in Nigeria, and help celebrate 19 years of prayer, advocacy and fundraising in Pembrokeshire.
